Taylor
Introducing the new Owner & Director of Training, Taylor! Some of you may recognize Taylor as the Master Hair Extension Trainer of TEA for the past 13 years. Taylor has been an integral part of the growth of TEA, and with much consideration and gratitude she has now acquired the company, with the intention of continuing to grow and expand the business. SENIOR HAIR EXTENSION EDUCATOR
Jennifer
With over 15 plus years of experience in the extension industry, Jennifer is an accomplished stylist who has trained both home and abroad. She has multiple certifications, as well as many years of experience as a Master Educator in 4 methods (K-tip, I-tip, Tape In, Beaded Weft and Handtied Methods.) Jennifer was appointed the title of Educator of Extension and Integration services by Balmain Paris Hair Couture, as well as Master 4 method stylist by Bellami Hair Professional. She has traveled all over Canada, the United States, and Europe to train and certify stylists of all levels of experience. Jennifer's true passion lies in education, and is elated to now be a part of the Extension Academy's Education Team. When she is not teaching, she splits her time between owning her own salon, 907 On The Park, and still remains behind the chair. Jennifer also holds value in remaining up to date with the ever evolving industry and advancing her own knowledge and understanding by attending classes and seminars annually.
Jennifer is happy to be settled in her new position at the Academy, and can’t wait to meet all future students. She is here to help set them up for success in their entrepreneurial journey for all things hair extensions!!!!
EYELASH EXTENSION & BROW EDUCATOR
Crystal
Crystal is an incredibly talented Eyelash Extension technician with a wealth of knowledge to share. She runs her own full-service lash business and has a sincere passion for lashing (and it shows in her work!). Crystal has been a part of The Extension Academy team for several years!
Her experience and informative teaching style allow her to not only transfer her eyelash Extension skills but also to provide invaluable advice and guidance to starting or improving your own at-home or studio-based Eyelash Extension business!
LASH EXTENSION & PMU EDUCATOR
Huyen
With 8 years of experience in the lash industry, Huyen has honed her craft and built a career she is truly passionate about. Since 2020, she has been a valued member of The Extension Academy, where she has trained and inspired others in the art of lash extensions.
As a proud advocate for women, she is dedicated to empowering them to step into their confidence and embrace their inner strength. Through sharing skills, offering mentorship, and creating stunning lashes, she uplifts and supports women on their paths to success.
